As a contracting authority, Ignitis Gamyba implements procurements according to the procedure established by the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania and the Company's Rules of Simplified Procurement. As of 1 October 2014, all the procurements of Ignitis Gamyba are carried out by the Group Service Centre. Contracts with the winning suppliers are concluded by Ignitis Gamyba.

Description of the Procedure for Organization of Work

Currently, Ignitis Gamyba is dismantling the 5th and 6th units (300 MW each) of the reserve power plant in Elektrėnai. Scrap metal, various constructions, and equipment are being dismantled in the process and may be used by other companies according to their primary purpose.
